Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma will preside over Kejriwal's petition at 10:30 am tomorrow. Kejriwal seeks immediate release, arguing that his arrest and subsequent remand to the ED are "illegal". He contends that as a vocal critic of the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), an opposition leader, and a partner in the INDIA bloc, the ED, under the Union government's control, has been "weaponised".
