The event took place along Chamiers Road in the Alwarpet area at about 7:45 p.m. Two workers are from Manipur and one is from Chennai among the three fatalities. The victims were bar staff members. It's unclear what caused the situation right now. An inquiry on what caused the tragedy has been started by the authorities. The building's first level concrete ceiling suddenly fell on Thursday. Along with 48-year-old Cyclone Raj, three other Manipuri residents who were on the first floor—Max, 22, and Lalli, 24, who is transgender—were also slain in the tragedy.
