AAP’s Atishi further stated that Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's aide, Bibhav Kumar, has filed a complaint against Maliwal. She attacked Maliwal, implying that the allegations were politically motivated to harm AAP’s reputation. AAP Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal reached the Delhi CM's residence along with Delhi Police to recreate the scene of the incident after she alleged that CM Kejriwal's PA Bibhav Kumar assaulted her at CM's residence. Meanwhile, as the scene of incident is being recreated, Delhi CM Kejriwal who's out on bail over Excise Policy case, is currently in Mumbai, attending the INDIA Bloc rally.
