3:23Now PlayingMumbai Coastal Road | The northbound carriageway of Mumbai's Coastal Road, connecting Marine Drive to Haji Ali, was inaugurated by Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde on June 10. The new 6.25-kilometer stretch reduces travel time from 40-50 minutes to just 8 minutes. Traffic on this segment is allowed from 7 am to 11 pm. The Coastal Road project, costing ₹13,984 crore, began in December 2018 and is expected to be fully operational, including the Bandra-Worli Sea Link bridge, by July. Watch the video for more.
