The cloudburst in Rampur's Samej Khad has washed away many houses, leaving over 36 people missing. In Kullu, the Malana drain cloudburst damaged a power project, and a house collapse in Mandi's Chauhar Ghati has left six missing. An under-construction building was swept away in Kullu's Parvati River. Rivers have overflowed, flooding Kullu-Manali NH3. CM Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu has called an emergency meeting, and rescue operations are underway with drones aiding the search for missing persons. Watch the video for more.
