The Bench, comprising Justices B.R. Gavai and K.V. Viswanathan, emphasized Sisodia's right to a speedy trial, noting his 17 months in custody and the delays in the trial's start. The court ordered him to post a ₹10 lakh bail bond with two sureties, surrender his passport, and report to the Investigating Officer twice weekly, on Mondays and Thursdays.
