In this episode of Beyond The Headline, anchor Sneha Koshy discusses what it means and how the Supreme Court, on October 17, upheld the constitutional validity of Section 6A of the Citizenship Act, 1955, which incorporates the Assam Accord, in a 4:1 majority decision. Former Assam DGP, Sharda Prasad says “Having served in Assam for 36 years, I whole heartedly welcome #SupremeCourt's validation, it comes as a great relief...” Watch the full discussion to know more and follow Mirror Now for the latest updates.
