3:15Now PlayingBreaking News: A Delhi court on Friday granted bail to Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader and former Delhi minister Satyendar Jain, after 18 months in custody for a money laundering case. Jain was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on May 30, 2022, for allegedly laundering money through four companies linked to him. The case was based on a 2017 FIR by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) under the Prevention of Corruption Act. Special Judge Vishal Gogne noted, "Considering the delay in trial and long incarceration of 18 months, the accused is favourably suited for the relief."
