The petition alleges anti-competitive practices, including deep discounting and predatory pricing, which have led to the closure of nearly 200,000 Kirana stores across India.
National President -AICPDF, Dhairyashil Patil, says, at the time of pandemic, only the retail Kirana was there on the road, it has been servicing this country since ages.
