Rioters pelted stones, vandalized homes, and set vehicles on fire. Eyewitnesses reported masked attackers armed with rods and sharp weapons. BJP MLA Pravin Datke called the violence pre-planned, targeting Hindu homes. Over 50 arrests were made, and 33 police officers, including 3 DCPs, were injured.
