Zelensky emphasized the need for firm security guarantees, shared battlefield assessments, and highlighted humanitarian priorities — from the return of abducted children to prisoner exchanges. He thanked European allies for their support while confirming that plans for future bilateral and trilateral summits with Russia and the U.S. are still in the works, with no date yet set. He also reversed on his ceasefire pre-condition for talks. "If Ukraine will start to set conditions for such meeting, some global conditions, absolutely just - regarding a ceasefire etc. - then the Russians will have 100 conditions from their side.
