YouTube Description
as posted by the channelEuropean leaders were seen joining the US and Ukrainian delegations for talks at the German Chancellery in Berlin on Monday night, after two days of talks between the Americans and Ukrainians.
Footage shows French President Emmanuel Macron, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, US envoy Steve Witkoff and many others.
Earlier, German leader Friedrich Merz suggested the US and Europeans had agreed 'Article-5-like' security guarantees for Ukraine, after Volodymyr Zelensky appeared to suggest he would accept them instead of NATO membership. A bid for NATO accession remains written into his country's constitution as of 2019, but joining the bloc as part of a peace deal had already been ruled out many times by Donald Trump and NATO chief Mark Rutte.
