5:21Now PlayingAmid a prolonged dry spell, interrupted only briefly by light snowfall and rain, Srinagar witnessed another cold Friday morning, with the minimum temperature dipping to minus 2.5 degrees Celsius, which was 2.2 degrees below normal. Several parts of the Kashmir Valley also witnessed sub-zero temperatures. The local weather office says the dry weather pattern is likely to continue over the next few days, keeping night temperatures low, although cloud cover could bring slightly higher temperatures during the day.
