Kyiv said the factory produces Iskander-M missiles and intercontinental ballistic systems, including nuclear-capable platforms. FP-5 Flamingo long-range missiles, developed domestically by Ukraine, were used in the attack. Local officials reported 11 injuries as fires broke out and windows shattered at the site, which is under Western sanctions. Ukraine also struck energy and military-linked sites elsewhere in Russia and occupied Donetsk. The escalation came as renewed peace talks were held in Geneva, with Moscow pressing for Donbas surrender, a demand rejected by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
