3:09Now PlayingUkraine has reportedly carried out another long-range drone operation, targeting Russia's Salavat petrochemical complex in Bashkortostan, around 1,500 km (930 miles) from the Ukrainian border. Russian authorities acknowledged drone activity and confirmed fires in the Salavat industrial zone, while local reports also indicated a strike on the Afipsky Oil Refinery in Krasnodar Krai. The attacks are part of Ukraine's ongoing campaign against Russia's energy infrastructure, aimed at disrupting fuel production and military logistics. The full extent of the damage has not been independently verified. The strikes come as reports indicate Russian oil refining has fallen to its lowest level in more than two decades.
