Aug 11, 20263:43Now PlayingRussia's Aerospace Forces claimed strikes on Ukrainian drone command and control infrastructure in the Donetsk and Kherson regions using FAB-3000 and FAB-500 high-explosive glide bombs, according to the Russian Defence Ministry, which said the operations targeted UAV command posts and logistical hubs sustaining Ukrainian drone operations. The ministry said one strike destroyed a temporary staging base belonging to Ukraine's 34th Separate Marine Brigade in Antonovka in the Kherson region, alongside strikes on drone command nodes in the Donetsk sector. Russia released combat footage of the strikes, which it said showed the destruction of the targeted facilities. The claims could not be independently verified and Ukraine's military command had not issued a public response to the specific strikes described in the Russian Defence Ministry briefing.
