The other heads of state set to visit New Delhi for the summit include South Africa's president Cyril Ramaphosa, Belarus' president Alexander Lukashenko, Egypt's president Abdel Fattah el-Sisi, Kazakhstan's president Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, and Indonesia's president Prabowo Subianto.
