8:12Now PlayingUS President Donald Trump has revived the Presidential Fitness Test, calling it a return to “America’s athletic traditions.” Announced at the White House alongside Linda McMahon and Robert F. Kennedy Jr., the program brings back classic benchmarks like running and sit-ups. First launched in 1966 and later phased out under Barack Obama, the test will initially be mandatory in schools on US military bases. The move aims to promote youth fitness, discipline, and competitiveness, with officials pushing for wider adoption across American schools as part of a broader national health push.
