The people who Muslims beleive will go to hell are those rejectors of the truth when it has come to them. The word kafir is generic and includes all types of non-Muslim yet it is clear from the Islamic narrative not all kuffar (people of kufr or disbelief ) are the same . This video shows that a major distinguishing factor is acceptance or denial of the message when it has come .
