In this Moms Connect call, we talk about PAIN. So many of us have been dealing with pain for far too long, myself included; sitting at desks strains our necks and backs, dealing with injuries, or even misalignments since the day we were born! Our children may be constipated and in pain or have stomach pains due to the toxic Standard American Diet (SAD). When our kids are in pain, the whole family feels it!
Many of us have been thinking that physical pain is a way of life, we just need to take some pains meds, suck it up, and move on! NO! We do not have to live with pain. In most cases we can have relief. Let's talk about it.
