Mondelez, the snack conglomerate that owns Nabisco, wants them to work 12-hour days & weekends with no overtime pay. Factory workers in Portland, Oregon, were the first to go on strike on August 10. Workers at Nabisco sites in Richmond, VA and Aurura, CO followed suit.
