Roark Capital is a massive private equity firm named after the main character from Ayn Rand’s book The Fountainhead. It owns $33 billion in assets — including Baskin Robbins, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dunkin’, Jimmy Johns, and Sonic. Roark is one of the largest low-wage employers.
