as posted by the channel

I am super excited to announce that Mormon Stories Podcast and Radio Free Mormon Podcast have now released over 13 hours of interviews with Dr. Robert Ritner, Professor of Egyptology at the Oriental Institute of the University of Chicago.

In this epic series Dr. Ritner provides us with the following:

- The history of the Book of Abraham papyri.

- An analysis of Joseph Smith's explanations/translations for Facsimiles 1-3, along with an actual, accurate translation.

- A deep analysis of the Abraham Egyptian papers along with a description of the process of Joseph Smith and his scribes used to "translate" the papyri.

- An extensive discussion of the disingenuous and/or unprofessional Book of Abraham apologetics employed by the LDS church via apologists such as Dr. Hugh Nibley, Dr. John Gee and Dr. Kerry Muhlestein

- An analysis of the "catalyst theory" for the Book of Abraham that is now being advanced by neo-apologists such as Terryl Givens, Richard Bushman, Patrick Mason, Spencer Fluhman, etc.

The series is over 13 hours long, and provides incredible depth and insight by Dr. Ritner and RFM - and demonstrates conclusively, beyond any reasonable doubt, that Joseph Smith's translation of the papyrus was fraudulent and 100% erroneous.

We hope you find the interview valuable.

Finally, Dr. Ritner is facing kidney failure and is in need of a living donor to secure his life and continued research. If you can help, please contact Dana McClain, Northwestern Medicine Transplant Coordinator, 312-695-0828. When you call Ms. McClain, she will ask you for Dr. Ritner's birthday, which is May 5, 1953.
