“We’re so grateful that you gave our 45th and now our 47th president, a millimeter miracle,” preached Rev. Lorenzo Sewell for the benediction of Donald Trump during Monday’s inauguration ceremony. He was referring, of course, to assassination attempt on Trump’s life in July 2024. That bullet struck his ear, barely sparing his life.
But who exactly is the Black preacher who keeps appearing with Trump at events?
