YouTube Description
as posted by the channelA panel of federal court judges just issued a stunning rebuke to the Roberts Court.
They found that an Alabama congressional map green-lit by the Supreme Court intentionally discriminated against Black voters.
That means the state will have to use a map with two majority Black districts this November, preserving a Democratic seat in the US House.
And get this: the three-judge panel that rebuked the Supreme Court was made up of all Republican appointees.
Two of the judges were appointed by Donald Trump and another by Ronald Reagan.
