Former Chief of Staff at the CIA and the Pentagon Jeremy Bash joins Andrea Mitchell after Putin “illegally annexed territory that he and his forces don’t even control” to weigh in on the state of the war in Ukraine and how Western forces have worked together to train and deliver equipment to Ukrainian forces. “This, I think, has been a major success: the unity of the West, the ability to deliver weaponry to the Ukrainians, the ability to deliver high technology like HIMARS, which is really inflicted damage on the Russian military infrastructure,” says Bash. “Russia took this illegal sham operation today to annex these territories because they're losing this war.”
