President Joe Biden is expected to make further use of his clemency power before leaving office next week, according to a senior White House official and a person familiar with the discussions. Rep. Ayanna Pressley, D-Mass., joined Michael Steele on "The ReidOut" to discuss the impact of these commutations and pardons. "President Biden has the power... of clemency and he recognizes that it is a life-changing, transformative tool," Pressley said.
