Richard Haass joined #MorningJoe to call for a reset in U.S. policy: “The obstacle to peace in Ukraine is not Ukraine. It’s Vladimir Putin.” Haass warned that the U.S. must stop “pandering” to Russia and commit to rearming Ukraine before their current supply runs out:
“If we don’t want to see more massacres like we saw over the weekend… we have to start leaning on Russia.”
