as posted by the channel

The Supreme Court is hearing arguments today over President Trump’s order to limit birthright citizenship. The judges will not rule on birthright citizenship itself but whether lower courts have the authority to block presidential policies. If the judges side with the Trump administration, it would help Trump implement more policies via executive action. NBC News’ Ken Dilanian, MSNBC Legal Correspondent Lisa Rubin, former U.S. attorney Chuck Rosenberg, NYU Constitutional Law Professor Kenji Yoshino and former assistant Manhattan district attorney Catherine Christian join Ana Cabrera to break down the case.
