The 4th Circuit previously upheld the ban, ruling it aligned with the Second Amendment under the Court’s own history-based test.
On #MorningJoe, Joe Scarborough noted the Court’s pattern of allowing states to regulate military-style weapons: “If the people of Maryland want to ban AR-15s, they have that right.”
