Illinois Governor JB Pritzker slams President Donald Trump and Texas Republicans for their attempts to gerrymander the congressional districts in the state and praises Texas Democrats for their bravery in fighting back. After leaving the state to block the vote on the proposed redistricting, Republican lawmakers voted to approve civil arrest warrants targeting the dozens of Democrats who fled the state. The bulk of the 50-plus Democrats who left the state are in Illinois.
