1:54Now PlayingMSNBC White House correspondent Laura Barrón-López reports on the demolition of the White House's East Wing to make way for Trump's planned ballroom. The White House released a list of donors helping finance the project this week, which includes Amazon, Alphabet and Lockheed Martin, among others. But the full details around the private donations and amounts of money contributed remain unclear. The president has, so far, not disclosed how much he himself is contributing.
Comcast Corp., the parent company of NBCUniversal, was also included on a list of top donors to the project.
