MS NOW legal analyst and Georgetown School of Law professor Paul Butler tells Charles Coleman Jr. that the Trump administration is "using the bureaucracy and the ideology of the federal government to enforce white supremacy." "It's to foster this sense of grievance and victimization from white men," Butler says, "so they don't focus on how Trump is busting unions and taking away their healthcare."
