Rep. Joaquin Castro was able to secure the release of 5-year-old Liam Ramos and his father from the ICE detention center in Dilley, Texas on Sunday, but 3800 children remain in the system, and Rep. Castro tells Jen Psaki that "there isn't a single criminal at the Dilley detention center," which means 1100 people, including children, imprisoned there even though they did not commit any crimes.
