MS NOW's Jillian Frankel spoke with Maria de Jesus Estrada Juarez, a mother and a DACA recipient, who was wrongfully deported to Mexico after an immigration appointment.

In March, a judge ruled that Juarez had been removed in violation of her DACA protections and ordered DHS to coordinate her return. Estrada Juarez is now back in the U.S. shared her experience with Frankel.

MS NOW reached out to DHS and hasn't heard back.
