YouTube Description
as posted by the channelThe Rainey family rents a cottage on a canal in Suwannee, Florida for a weekend getaway. David and Cindy Rainey, their two children Bailey and Jack, and a family friend arrive at the cottage on Friday. On Saturday, David and Cindy reportedly get in an argument, and David Rainey leaves the house on foot, walking away without his phone, wallet, or glasses. When Rainey has not returned the next morning, Cindy calls police. An extensive search ensues, and that evening Rainey's body is found dumped in the canal. Police say Rainey was killed, then placed in the water after death. Two years after his death, Rainey's mother has filed a lawsuit against Cindy, Jack, and Bailey Rainey, claiming they dumped Rainey's body in the canal. The Dixie County Sheriffs have also charged each family member with tampering with evidence, a felony. Nancy Grace hosts a panel of experts to analyze the details of the case, the family's strange behavior, and the possibility of more charges.
