YouTube Description
as posted by the channelWhen pregnant #LaciPeterson went missing, it was her stepfather who called 911, not her husband. When Laci's body was found four months later in San Francisco Bay, Scott Peterson became suspect number one. Prosecutors revealed he was having an affair with a woman who did not know he was married.
#ScottPeterson has always maintained his innocence, even after his conviction. His death sentence was overturned in 2020 and Peterson was re-sentenced to life without parole. Now, the Innocence Project is taking on the conviction of Scott Peterson claiming there is new evidence.
The Los Angeles #InnocenceProject says the 'new evidence' raises questions about who abducted and killed Laci Peterson. They also claim Peterson's State and Federal Constitutional Rights were violated and have filed a motion seeking evidence from the original trial.
