With all the litigation attempting to stop Trump, Musk and DOGE–this week hosts Tiffany Cross, Angela Rye, and Andrew Gillum ask: do these court cases even matter?

We like to think that there are three co-equal branches of government, the legislative, the executive, and the judicial. But ith one of his latest executive orders, Trump has made it clear that he believes his word is the law. So even if the Supreme Court rules against him, will he respect that ruling?

Elon Musk says that DOGE is going to hand out $5,000 checks to taxpayers after they make huge cuts to the federal government. Is this how Republicans win the messaging war, by cutting us a check while they sell our government for parts?
