Adorable, rainbow-beaked Atlantic puffins were once so prized that they were nearly hunted to extinction. One man is responsible for their resurgence in population: biologist Steve Kress. The birds face a new challenge: climate change. As waters warm, the puffins’ most-preferred food source is moving farther away, making it difficult for adults to feed chicks. NBC News' Kerry Sanders travels to Eastern Egg Rock Island in the Gulf of Maine to learn more.
