The Biden Administration ordered new requirements to upgrade automatic braking standards. The new standards aim to cut down the number of pedestrians killed by cars and light trucks as well as rear-end collisions. While most new cars already come with automatic braking, Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg says the new standards could save 360 lives each year. NBC News' Tom Costello reports.
