At Virginia Commonwealth University, some students walked out in protest as Virginia’s Republican governor, Glenn Youngkin, took the stage. In Philadelphia, nearly three dozen people were arrested at the University of Pennsylvania, most of whom did not have any affiliation with the university. NBC News’ Elwyn Lopez has more.
