As homes continued to burn in the Pacific Palisades area, firefighters were frustrated by lack of water pressure. A fire captain said some homes could have been saved if more water were available. But amid the wide destruction of the Pacific Palisades area, there were symbols of hope. One of them was a temple still standing amid the destruction. NBC News’ Tom Llamas, Gadi Schwartz, Morgan Chesky, Steve Patterson, Liz Kreutz and Jacob Soboroff reports.
