Three US officials familiar with the meeting say Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth screamed at acting Joint Chiefs Chairman, Admiral Chris Grady, over a media leak. And two officials tell NBC News say an unsecure line has been installed in Hegseth’s office so he can use the encrypted Signal app on his personal computer, in defiance of usual Defense Department security protocols. NBC News’ Peter Alexander reports.
