as posted by the channelAccording to an arrest affidavit, maintenance worker Sterling Williams admitted to turning off water in a jail cell, which enabled ten inmates to escape through the wall. Williams told investigators one of the fugitives had threatened to “shank” him if he did not comply. NBC News’ Ryan Chandler reports four of the inmates have been recaptured, and there is an urgent search underway for the other six.
