There is Good News Tonight in Central Point, Texas, where one camp is reopening after they were hit by the deadly July 4th floods. The camp helps kids and young adults with disabilities have an opportunity to attend summer camp along the river. Over the past week, hundreds of volunteers have helped clear the debris and rebuild damaged portions of the campground. NBC News’ Ryan Chandler has the story.
