During a previously undisclosed operation in 2019, members of the elite SEAL Team 6 tried to plant a listening device in North Korea to spy on its leader, Kim Jong Un. The mission, which involved submarines, frigid temperatures and heated suits, was ultimately a failure. The operation was first reported by the New York Times. NBC News’ Courtney Kube reports.
