In one remarkable sight, an alligator was seen navigating the rising waters in a New Orleans suburb. Plus, At least 13 reported tornadoes overnight in five states created multiple paths of destruction. It comes just hours after the NYPD launched its biggest event deployment ever to secure the Knicks victory parade in lower Manhattan, which went off largely without incident. And retired Army Major Nick Dockery received a Medal of Honor for his courageous actions while on a mission at a remote combat outpost in Afghanistan. Major Dockery risked his own life repeatedly to help his men.
