The images show both the horrific nature of the shooting and also the bravery of so many who fought back. Plus, families and businesses in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and nearby towns now have to make do with whatever water they have on hand amid rolling shutoffs that last for 48 hours at a time. And a federal appeals court says Congress should have approved President Trump's White House ballroom project, ordering above-ground construction halted while pausing its ruling to allow the administration to appeal. Also, Amanda Knox, once convicted and later acquitted of murdering her roommate when a student in Italy, is back in the spotlight with a comedy show telling her story. And in our 'Great Americans' segment Tom Llamas sits down with 17-year-old shark attack survivor Lulu Gribbin. After losing a hand and a leg, the teenager reflects on how she turned tragedy into purpose, becoming an advocate to help other amputees in her community.
