as posted by the channelBill Nye: Could We 3D Print DNA?
Can we 3D Print an animal… and could we start it up with an electric shock? Frankenstein doesn’t seem to be likely anytime soon, but Bill Nye The Science Guy says that he sees a future where DNA can be 3D printed to ultimately create an animal. While 3D printing a woolly mammoth is far off, we may be able to create viruses and single-celled creations. Comedian Chuck Nice confirms that Bill (and possibly his wife) would prefer the creation of a 3D woolly mammoth over an additional 3D printed Chuck.
