YouTube Description
as posted by the channelI'm really proud to be a Tennessean. Besides being a great place to live and a state filled with great people (many of whom are extremely based), Tennessee has one of the most based state constitutions in the entire United States. In this episode of my subscribers-only podcast, James Lindsay OnlySubs, I felt compelled to share a little of the very based beginning of the Tennessee state constitution with you, and in particular the relevance of its extraordinary protection of freedom of conscience and powerful rebuke of applications of governmental power. Join me as I read through the first four sections of the Tennessee state constitution and show you just how based this place really is!
